He seemed to be making a bit of progress. Did you notice the several recent punctuation marks he used? And the division of long chains of ideas into line-by-line sentences in a few posts?

I liked his rebel attitude.

Walters banned? He was an odd duck, but pretty harmless. He was a good read on slow days, kinda the Rain Man guy walking around reciting articals and manuals he read, verbatim.
