Hello,
not sure if anyone has experienced this problem with either the PS firepod or something similar, but here goes.
I'm using the firepod to record drums(6 channels). Using cubase SX3 and a firewire connection.
What's happening is as follows :
as im playing the track (6 channels), i can see the sound waves on my tracks pop up maybe 1 second late (doesn't usually happen), but it STILL appears to be recording all 6 tracks normally.......BUT, when i hit the stop button, the tracks sort of....shrink themselves and they play super fast and with LOADS of weird distorted noise.....the track is therefore barely audible.
i KNOW this is a problem with the firepod because ive never had this problem with any other gear in any other circumstance.
any suggestions/speculations?
