Presnous Firepod HS8 to Interface ?

I was gifted a Presnous Firepod and I've been trying to figure out how to connect my monitor to them but in the back I see the MAIN CR-Output but don't know if 1 or 2 are left or right side. When connected it just makes a low sound any help would be great :d

You would normally connect your monitors to the Main CR-Output. 1 is left and 2 is right.

If you are getting just a low sound, is that low as a in level, or low as in pitch?

You may need to adust the Mixer knob on the front (to Inputs or playback, depending on what yo are trying to l;isten to).
