Preamp soundcard match

Maybe this should go here.

Would pairing a Presonus M80 with an M-Audio delta 1010 be a good starter set up?

I am looking to mic my drummer so need the extra preamps. Found these on ebay so thought about picking them up.

Also, thought about going with the Presonus Digimax. If so should I utilize ADAT and then would the Delta 1010 be "more" soundcard than I need and just look for one that has ADAT Ins and some outputs for my monitors?

Or should I use the S/PDIF? How do you determine which to use to go to a soundcard?
 
I should probably throw in my 3rd choice is the M-Audio Octane Preamp
 
I should mention too that I plan on recording with Cubase, if that matters.
