What mic preamp do you gys recommend for my Mackie D8B Digital Mixer?

Basically, "none of the above" on the poll... There are so many that are (IMO/E) far better... That all said, variety doesn't hurt. I'd stay away from the TMP (a.k.a. POS).
How many channels do you need? You could be pretty well served just grabbing a bunch of RNP's...
