No picture, but I just scored a tiny hand-built dual-channel direct box with a pair of Reichenbach Engineering 75101 transformers, a type used in API preamps. They would probably cost at least $70 each today from Cinemag, the successor company to Reichenbach Engineering. The box was marked $6 but with the 50% discount I paid $3 plus tax. I've already tested in and it works.
