Portable 4 in 4 out recording device for live use?

I'm looking for a digital recorder to bring along to live performances. Would need atleast 4 ins, 4 outs (so I can mix back home in the studio) - pref 24 bit - be portable, lightweight, and tough enough to survive gigin'.

Any ideas?

The Edirol R-4 comes to mind. Other units are the Korg D888, Zoom MRS-1608CD, Zoom HD16CD, Boss BR-1600CD.

The product you are looking for seems to fall between the cracks in the market. There are a ton of digital multitrack recorders with two inputs, but then after that it jumps right to units with eight inputs. There are very few with just four inputs.
