Hey guys,

here is my latest recording...as always, feedback is appreciated.


 
Jeez, I'm really not crazy about this song...and the recording is not so mind-blowing; BUT I CAN'T STOP SINGING IT TO MYSELF!!! ARGHGGGHH!

So I guess it's good , cuz it's given me a brain infection.

Kinda like "Candy Man" or something....

Now I'm gonna go stick my head in the toilet.

I tweaked the mix and re-uploaded the song this afternoon...hopefully a little better.
 
Very good vocal tone and overall performance.

You could improve the stereo (you did basically a "mono" mix); the only things that opens are a cymbal in the L channel and a vocal in the R sometimes...
Still sounding good - because the mix/frequencie separation between instruments is well done and clear (that´s why sounds good in "mono")!. Just limited ...

Not really my style but it sounds like a good song. The only thing that I can add is that your S's are very strident (if thats the right word) for example, "Sometimes life is a two way Street" It makes it hard to listen because it hurts my ears.
 
Thanks for the comments, guys...I might try and widen the mix a bit more to make it a bit less mono-ish. 8-)

And perhaps a little EQ-ing or de-essing of the lead vocal is in order.
