Look Mom, I can play!
Okay, I got the POD XT yesterday, plugged it in, awesome sounds
But.....
I can't get it to record in HS2002. The POD is hooked up using the USB cable to keep the signal in the digital domain. (it does record okay with a line in but I want the digital input)
I go to Options>audio and select the POD as the recording and playback device, I then choose the POD in the recording input, arm the track...but it doesn't record.
I keep getting a message when opening HS 2002 saying that the POD drivers either don't support the format or are in use with another program. I then choose "Use anyway" but to no avail. I am using Win XP.
I have also gone to the windows control panel and selected all the POD drivers for recording and play back but still no joy. And yet I can hear other sounds through the POD out puts, like the windows start up wav file etc. So I know the USB signal path to POD does work.
Any suggestions?
