pod problems 2.0

Anyone ever heard of this problem? Once you turn on the pod and start playing for a short time (around 2-5 minutes) it cuts out and cycles though like you just turned it on!! the pod 2.0 ver is only about 2 years old with fair use. I’m not very technically able but I do have common sense. I’ve checked the to make sure the power supply was firmly in place and reset the programs with no difference. Any other ideas?
 
I've got a 2.0 POD and no issues what so ever. Have you contacted Line6? Do you have any midi stuff plugged into it? You might try a different power supply. Just a few thoughts.
 
my next action is to take it up to gc and use their display power chord. I'm hoping that's the problem a bad power supply. I forgot to mention that it not only restarts once but every few minutes. I think it was based windows platform!! no midi plugged in now or for about a week but the week before I had a art floor channel changer plugged in but I don't see how that would effect this?
