Plugin for Telephone voice?

What kind of plugin could i use to get a telephone voice?...hope i'm making sense with this ;P

Just use EQ and a slight touch of distortion. Cut the lows and highs so all you have is midrange.
 
I dont know about plugins since i use

all outboard gear. You could try some EQ, Cut all the lows, most of the highs, boost the mids. Maybe use some light distortion. That will prob give you some sort of lo-fi telephone sound. If all else fails, mic a speakerphone and sing through it.
 
Yep, no lows or highs, light distortion, and don't forget to compress the hell out of it - telephones have little dynamic range.

Even though this isn't exactly what you're looking for, you might check out Izotope Vinyl. It's a very cool lo-fi plug-in that's totally free.

Waves eq

Waves has a ten band paragraphic eq that has a "telephone" preset.
 
Yeh in CEP it has telephone presets in the FFT filter section.
