Plugin for realtime RMS/peak values

I recall recently seeing a plugin that allowed for display (meter) realtime RMS and peak values. Figure this meter would be helpful when mastering [I usually compress by ear and verify levels with Soundforge's normalization tool before finalizing]. One of the IK Multimedia plugins I no longer used had something like this, but figure I could find a one-off instead of loading the whole suite for one plugin.

Suggestions? Free would be ideal, but I can see spending maybe $20 on something like this if it was slick enough...

Get the SSL X-ISM plugin and the TT DR Meter plugin/offline meters.
