Im not experienced enough to comment on what its missing mix/recording wise however the song sounds pretty excellent...The singers voice reminds me of a young Robert Plant in spots.

great rocking tune! props to you and your band! Bass is rockin, great funk rhythm, great drums, and an awesome all around arrangement. It is a great mix, and you should be proud.
Just as a critique, i am feeling a little like it is missing some mids. it could just be me, but it is a very strong tune and some parts sound somewhat weak to me.
