Early Morning Rain - lots of off key notes.
You sound like you're trying to sing low whereas you can't hold that range very well.
Just my 2cents.

Midnight Hour - again lots of pitch problems.
This song is way too high for you.

Also, you're struggling with keeping in the groove on some of it.

Tone of voice is good though, so a few lessons would benefit you, I'm sure.

Nope - just practice. Unless you have this dire need to sing "Somewhere over the rainbow" in competition.
