please help to set up

Hi there.I'm newbie , and want to set up small home studio.I have Mackie 1402 VLZ , Dell comp with Santa Cruz soundcard and CD/RW,Altec/Lansing monitors,Mic,Minidisk,Double Tape Recorder,and Tascam 122. I want to hook up to Mackie,from Mackie to Computer ( I have Cool Edit Pro) and from computer back to Mackie for recording to Minidisk or Tape.
