Please help me with this mix

Hello,

I'd very much appreciate some help with a song. Please note that I just put a vocal to a backing track and so I don't have access to individual instruments. Although I recorded the dry vocal + backing to cassette, I put it through some processing later on my computer. I compressed the vocal a bit and added some reverb. That's it. To the backing I did nothing. Although the song may not be everyones "cup of tea", I'd really just like to get some help with better mixing the song so it sounds as pro as possible. The song is called "Mine" and can be downloaded HERE

Very nice vocal. Actually a refreshing change. :)
I might tend to pull it back just slightly and clean up the two mic pops(?). (Just listening on cheap p/c speakers here though.)
Did the backing track (piano) pick up some tape flutter?

Yeah, this could be some tape flutter. I'll try to correct the other things you mention. I'll probably do a few other "takes" and keep a bit of distance from the mic. Thanks!
