Hello, everyone! I'm 23 y.o. maths student from Croatia and I sing (or try to) for almost 4 years. I've been really awful, out of tune and with a weak voice like 4 years ago. I practised a lot, took lessons (now even classical) etc. and improved a lot, but... I feel sometimes really discouraged and talentless... How does this one sound? Chest, head, mix voice, intonation, my voice sound etc. Do I have some potentional to be good at it? I sing for myself (I like listening to opera, but when I love singing almost any genre), but everyone wants too sound good (or really good), right?

I think you have a very good voice, but it sounds like you are straining to hit the higher notes. I don't know much about singing technique as I am a beginner myself, but I know music and you have a good voice my friend.

Thank You, sir, well I was really horrible 4 years ago and took a lot of lessons and asked friends about my recordings so I can now actually sing on pitch! (not all the time). Singing can be learnt, I think the most important thing is passion, then hard work and money to pay lessons, musical schools, solfeggio (although some people can learn on their own, it is highly advisable to be guided by singing coaches at least at the beginning)... So, yeah, DO NOT EVER GIVE UP and enjoy singing no matter how bad or good you are. Enjoyment isn't completely related to level of singing. If they rage on you at home, sing while walking to school, college, at bus stations etc. Thanks for Your comment, and enjoy no matter what in what you love :)
