Please Critique

Hello,

I would like you to please critique the vocal mixing on this verse...A girl I recorded did a cover to the song Angel....It was recorded over the instrumental so I cant really do much about instrument eqing and that...I ran the mix quickly through the L2 Maximizer so it would be louder for you to hear and i did a bit of eqing to the mixdown and stereo imaging....I noticed that their is alot of bass....way to much im guessing...could someone suggest how to get rid of some of the bass.....I used an audio technica at 3035 and pro tools and digi 002 to record the vocals....

Wow,..very nice. I cant really say anything about what to tweak. It sounds great. The only problem is the clipping on the piano. But,..i'm guessing that problem came from the maximizer.

I've never heard this tune before. But I'm sure you do it justice by covering it. Sounds awesome. Really nice vocal. Good effects on it. No simbilance. No pops,..squeaks,..or quiggles!

yea i think i L2ed it way too much.,...tahnk you....the only thing you will probably notice is their is a few lip smacks....but i dotn know how to use the pencil tool in pro tools to get rid of those lip smacks
 
can smoeone help me also get rid of that clipping of the piano...i cant ge tit to stop distorting no matter how much i maximize
