Hello everyone.

I'd like to invite everyone over to take a listen to our tunes. You can find them at http://myspace.com/stone11band . These were done on a very low budget in my basement early last year. We are going to re-record everything in the next month or so, but I just wondered if anyone had any suggestions before we do.

Listened to Go Away...

Well written southern rock tune....especially like the strat sound coming of that lead guitar.

Recording sounds pretty good so far - no problems as far as I can hear.

Will be interesting when you re-record cause this is pretty good right now!

Thanks so much for the compliments, fellas.

I was honestly expecting negative feedback on these! We (the band) can hear so much wrong with them. I'm tickled that they may not be as bad as we thought.

The band itself wasn't very tight when those were recorded. We had only actually played together 4 times as Stone 11 before we laid down those tracks. The 4 times we had played was used to write the tunes themselves.

We're retracking because the band has been together a year now, and are SO much tighter than those demo songs are. Since they are going to be redone anyway, I was wondering if there was anything we could do better (within our budget of course).
