Player Piano?

Has anyone here converted an acoustic piano to a mechanized player type piano? I would be interested in where to buy the mechanization and what type is most reliable. I have an old upright that I would like to convert this winter if I could do it for a reasonable price.

just called my nephew who is a piano salesman... the only system he's aware of at this time is the QRS... which they get @$3k for... and it's seriously PITA to install... he says you can probably find one factory installed on generic piano for @$4k if you look around some...
