What makes a patch bay shitty? I have never used one. I currently have a few bids on e-bay for some, any brands to stay away from. I figured how hard is it to manufacture these just a bunch of jacks and wire. I could build it, but it is not worth my time when I can buy one for maybe $10-20 more.

BTW, I love my Behringer Headphone amp, esp the main/aux knob, to get that "more of me in the mix".

What makes a patch bay shitty?

It's just an "in and out" unbalanced patch bay. No normaling modes or anything. Do a search in "The Rack" for patch bays, I'm sure there's tons of info about it.

Just one note... It looks like your monitors are too close to each other. Spread them and you should get a more accurate mix...

It's custom built in Järna, Sweden. And it's not mine, so I've no clue how much it was...
