I posted this last night but this morning the thread was gone. So let's try it again...

Here's what I did:
-built 15 skinny broadband absorber panels and 4 2'x2' cloud panels
-replaced fluorescent tube lights with recessed halogen units
-relocated HVAC vent
-stuffed area between drop ceiling and joists with pink fluffy

Here are the pics. The space is an 8'x13' basement "bedroom". I just finished it last night and haven't had a chance to play or record anything yet. But it's very apparent that the treatment is working--the room seems much quieter inside! Here are the pics...Enjoy!

Looks great. I like the curved rear wall. Great diffuser!:D

Thanks! I had my wife choose the colors. That way I encounter less resistance to spend money on this stuff, and it ends up looking better than if I had chosen the colors myself. =P

Here's a little before and after clip if anyones interested in the effects of this treatment. Unprocessed mono overhead LDC and sloppy playing.

Hey DrJosh. What did you use for absorption in the wall units? And what kind of Dr. are you:D

I used a case of 2" 703 equivalent (Knauf). My training's in applied math--wave propagation, specifically. ;)
