PHONIC MR2443 mixer ?

My church uses a Phonic Power mixer (PowerPod 1860), they are pretty decent with a good price. So-so preamp, pretty quite and decent for live use.

Are Phonic mixer cheaper than Behringer? For studio recording, I would prefer other brands....

phonic mixers are cleaner than behringer's...
the large phonic mixers are great.. sound great, they're quiet, clean pres...decent price...i know plenty of ppl in germany that use the high-end phonic consoles and they love them... most say they sound better than their old yamaha,mackie,soundcraft and tascam consoles

thanks guys I just wanted to know if anyone ever heard of it becuas this guy was selling one in an SKB case for 300$...and thought maybe it was a good deal...but come to find out they are under 400$ new so I passed....I use a Mackie 8 32.....for my home recording..

wow, this is the first time I heard good things said about Phonics.... maybe I'll consider them when I am looking for a mixer as they are pretty widely available in my part of the world. (besides Yamaha)

Hopefully they come up with digital mixers and DAW like the AW4416 in the future.
