so wait a sec: if i plug in a dynamic xlr mic in the first track, and an active di box that requires phantom power in the second track, flip the phantom power on, which will send juice to both of the tracks, and yell and scream into the dynamic mic, it won't blow up on me? is this really an urban legend someone told me to make me buy a 9-V battery for my di box? help me out with this, i thought you were supposed to not send phantom power to regular old dynamic mics.
