Im using a Ibanez RG470 and a v-amp pro, trying to get that killlswitch sound. I'm getting a fairly good tone, but its just not bringing out pinched harmonics how i'd like. My friends crappy Line 6 spider amp brings them out much better, is there anything i can do, will adding a tube screamer in front or something help at all? New bridge pickup? Both??

I would say no. I have a Tube Screamer and when placed in front of a solid state or tube amp it adds just a little more oomph. I would say its the v pro. What are you running it through?

My speakers?

yes - try a distortion pedal before you replace your pickup. The tube screamer is good. Even if you wind up replacing the pickup later, you can probably use a good pedal also. My current favorite is the Fulltone Fulldrive 2.

IMHO, most really high output pickups don't sound very good (and certainly some lower output pickups don't sound good, either). Admittedly, I don't know a thing about the v-amp pro.

I played an Ibanez RG-550 that I got when it first came out in the 80s - I actually did wind up replacing the pickups many times (including some super high output models), and finally went the EMG 81/85 route. I played that through a tube screamer TS-10 and a marshall jcm800 half stack and the pinched harmonics sounded great.

Awesome, i was thinking about getting an 85 in the bridge actually, may just do that. Cheers.
