Pearl CR-55/ any info?

Hey,
I found this old mic from thebasement few days ago. I was wondering if any of you can tell me more about it... didnt find anything online.
It's a Pearl cr-55. It's a condencer, battery power available. Thats how muck i figured out..

What also confuses me is the Neumann logo on the mic... and i cant figure out if it's glued by somebody or original.

Any information about the thing?
