Well, as for myself, I still can't figure out why SiSoft Sandra and Motherboard Monitor both insist my CPU temp is 194 celcius. 
Since my bios states mid-high 40's and THAT alarm hasn't gone off, I'm going to trust it. (Asus a7nx8 deluxe)
I'm going to be looking into one of those cool Zalman Flower Coolers to reduce the temp, nevertheless.
