Hi Folks,
I've worked on the vocal levels, (there is still some unevenness due to top end drop out from the source tape) & put a 2nd guitar under the chorus - it's playing an A Minor under the A Major just for some tension.
I've also given this a run through one of Cakewalk's final mix FX jsut to see how things gel. Does this help, hinder?
The real question now, other than the vocal level, is whether additional instrumentation is required.
Let me know what you reckon.

Yes, a bit of fluctuation - the first verse seems to sit the best volume-wise.

Cool - that seems to fits quite nicely with being obvious.

Sounds like a nice subtle reverb effect over the mix - and the mix remains clear not smeared.

Maybe try a bit of tambourine in the chorus.

Vocals sounded great to me, nice soft sound. Guitars allover sound great, everything seemed quite center-panned?.. a matter of taste, but panned in da middle I wouldn't add more instruments, quite full as it is.
