patch bay recommendations?

Anyone have any patch bay recommendations?

Id like to get my synths, samplers , and drum machines into a more convenient setup. I currently have 32+ outputs

Id like to have the option of easily switching between Parallel, Half-normalled, Normalled, and Open.

Im looking to spend about $100-$150

Is it possible to find a quality (new or used) patch bay (in my price range) with these options?
