Patch Bay Digi 002

I guess I am just too lazy or getting too old. I would like a way to put all the I/0 connectors from the back of my 002 onto a rack mounted patch bay. It would save me so much time and effort moving stuff around and detangling wires all the time to change hook ups.

Any suggestion?
