Hi!
I have connected one Panasonic WM-61a capsule with a shielded 2 pole wire onto an amplifier circuit board.
When I listen to some recordings in Audacity there is a very high pitch background noise (see attached file)
Does anyone know where this might come from?
I'm a beginner, so I guess it could be one of many reasons. Some ideas and probable solutions that I thought of are:
- doing the Linkwitz mod on the microphone
- bad soldering somewhere
- shielding on wire not good enough (I connected it to ground at both ends)
- lowering the amplification
Do you guys have any idea what can cause this and what could be the best solution?
Thank you!
