How much do you want to spend, and how many channels do you need? Just a couple? I'd start looking at something like these:
4 mic channels, more line-in's for keyboards, cd players, whatever. And FX, $109.

Here's a yamaha version - same basic thing, plus a compressor on 2 channels. I had a similar yamaha mixer for years, it was a great piece.. $159:

Soundcraft, never owned one, but they get rave reviews on their preamps and eq, $179:

Thanks- using a conglomeration of advice- here's my plan
I think I can get around $150 for my Ibanez- so I'll just roll that into the mixer
Buy Yamaha Mixer
-run Mains to EV to Mackies
-run Monitors to Passport Tower to Passport speakers
Sennheiser Mics 3 pack/cables/stands- already purchased
Get one of the guitarists old amps to run my keyboard separate from PA
Do I have everything correct?
How does that setup sound?
sounds like you have a good plan.
