I bought this Fender PA, {PX 2212D} 600 watt, 12 channels everything works great. Running that into a Tascam 414mkII, then into an AkaiGX-210D rtr, just got on ebay; like I said, everything sounds great. However; the PA has a seperate amp, which folds up into a road case, pretty damned rugged. My stupid question of the day is...does anyone know how the power gets from the amp to the board????? There is no visible wiring from either!? I only found one manual on the net but it was very dark, hard to read. I have seen and used a bunch of PAs over 40 yrs.,, but never experienced any like this? Thanks for any and all help! Dave

How about posting some pics, front and back, of both the amp and the mixer. Is this a powered mixer? Are you sure the amp "belongs" with it?

{Are you sure the amp "belongs" with it?} I'm sure, they are both attached so that they all fit in a nice road case. I'll try to post a pic. The cover slides through the stand so it has two legs. Pretty cool, but strange I could only find a bad manual.

Is it possibly the mixer section is 300 Watts as a stand alone and the other unit is another 300 watts like to power a stage monitor OR the other unit provides the patchable option of having a total of four 150 Watt outs between the two units?

:)
