When one goes to Process-->Audio Effects or to add a real time audio effect in the FX bin, one is confronted with a somewhat jumbled list of effects. Does anyone know how to organize these?
For instance, all the VST effects go in their own menu once you set them up with the adapter, which is nice. I want to know how to organize the DX effects the same way, a la the windows start menu.

My plugs come up grouped by brand. Is that the same thing?

What are you using?

Cakewalk or Sonar? Which version of which?

Doesn't Cakewalk have a Plugin Manager tool? I recall seeing one somewhere. Was that just for Sonar 2, or is there one for Sonar 3 as well.

You might want to do a search of this forum for Plugin Manager. I'm pretty sure there's been a couple of posts here about it.

Cakewalk provides a Plug-In Manager, which can be downloaded for free from the Cakewalk web site (www.cakewalk.com) by registered users. It may also be on your Sonar CD-ROM, although I don't have mine in front of me at the moment and don't recall for sure.

Best regards,
Scott
