ordering mics/equipment online

I live in Canada and want to order some stuff from the US due to availability and costs. I was wondering which was a good site to order from which will ship to Canada.
And which shipping company was it that had a huge brokerage fee when taking stuff across the border? UPS?

Mainly i want a studio projects VTB-1, an Audiophile 2496, and maybe some mics and what not.
