I believe that wealth is financial security and a no doubt whatsoever attitude that you can purchase what you need. I remember a few days ago when Mr.T said that college is not required for music production however music "production" is not where I want to stop. I believe that I can be a marvel. If one only knew my dreams they will say "Noddy you cant do that" but just know that I stop listening after they say "Noddy you can" I dont even let them begin the "t" letter. I plan on building my wealth by investing in real estate, buying small stock shares(gotta be careful), and being an entrepreneur with music and clothes later on down the line. However theres WAY more that I have planned however I need a little more guidance and clearity so that my my "periferal" lol can be more lightened...I also know that you need money to make money so I need other ideas/ways to do that other than beats/savings/jobs..........I would appreciate a little clarity and help fam.......GIVE ME THE FEEDBACK :D ....even you Marg j/k ;)

Yall gotta love yall lil brother Noddy so look out 4 meh :)

lol couldn't be better said in that short of a sentence.

Just remember there are more poor people than rich people.More unattractive than attractive and mor lazy than hard working. If you cater to the common man you should be set.

You don't always NEED money to make money. Sometimes all you need is good credit :D.

We're actually about to get into real estate this year, we plan on buying a flooded/gutted house due to Katrina. Some of these houses were once 150 - 200 grand and they're selling for 35-50 grand. If we put 20 grand into fixing it up (as long as there's no structural damage) in a matter of months that's 70k spent on a 200k house and we're gonna try and sell it for a reasonable price but at a profit also. If all fails, our back up plan is to live in the house and mortgage wouldn't be too bad on 70k or so at 5.9%.

People are trying to talk us out of it because after all it is New Orleans. But the way I see it is New Orleans has been here forever and a day and after Hurricane Betsy in 1965 they rebuilt the city so eventually it'll be back on it's feet.

I dont' know where you hang out at homie, but in my side of town there's nothing but fine ass females :D :D :D Sometimes I'll see a sighting of what your talking about :p jp

To make money, it takes money. To get that first drop of money, well there's a million & 1 ways to do it. From white color crimes to selling dope on the street. lol.

My suggestions to making a load of money, is get a job, save up, get better equipment, save up even more, drop 4-5 grand on 3000-4000 manufactured, pressed cd's, and well, you know where to go from there. 4000 x $10 = $40,000, but how can you push 4000 when lots of labels sometimes can't even reach that? Well they start getting a head of themselves, thinking that dropping Lil KeKe or Chamillionaire on an album will make them rich. Just plain advertise, play at shows, sell merchandise etc. Now, while that hustle is going on (build yourself a street team that'll hustle 4 you), start networking with people (which should have been done already). NETWORK WITH PEOPLE. These people shouldn't be just regular every day joes. These people should be producers', label exec's, a&r's, major artists, DJ's, etc. Got talent? There's many individuals, companies, etc looking for YOUR skills out there, you just gotta find them. They may drop $5k on a production deal for 1 song for you to JUST mix down, or just master, or just track for them. Or make 1 beat and get that much. That's how I get rich lol

Well that, and all the other husltles on the side. $10K in my Money market account gives me $506 earnings (5.06%)

lol Any of you can do that too. It's a business, everyone knows to be in any business, you take risks. Of course I'll be shit faced if I lost money instead, which I have before, but gotta still go out and get it you know? Hell, build computers, sell em. Also fix them, make a website for someone. There's plenty of hustles that if done at the same time can yield a good return. Maybe fixing a computer once a week brings in $200, than selling 200 CD's at $5 a piece, brings you $1000 in a week, and then putting on some brakes for some guy for $100, sold that crack rock for $10, and worked a regular job $400. That's, $1,710 weekly. $6840 monthly, $82,080 yearly. With no bills either, you can rack all that in. Drop $15,000 in bills (who the hell pays like that unless your damn rich), and you still got a big nice chunk of change to make more money with, drop $20K on a money market, and earn an extra $1K every week month or whatever it is. Do it all over again... by 5 years I guarantee you, you'll have around $1.5 mil or more

Aye Ment thats REAL smart what yall are doing homie ;) . Mindset homie DONT EVER FORGET ME

yeah..its all a hustle game..just make the right moves..save some money network, grind, sleep, network, grind ....

alot of people dont realize..most artist that are signed now was just like us..on their grind...I think Mike Jones, Slim Thug, Lil Flip, Chamillionaire, etc...etc.. sold so many damn mixtapes..they made the industry come to them...they would sell 100,000 units easy..cause they were always grind in the streets..doin shows all over the place...and really wasnt worried about a deal until they felt that have enough of a followin to proceed to the national level..and the rest is history..Lil Flip (platnium), Chamillionaire (Platinum), Mike Jones (Platinum), Slim Thug (Almost Platinum..LOL..he signed wit the wrong people).. you see what im sayin...they kept pushing units and the labels make them mad offers for years before the signed...cause ther were packin shows..pushin 100,000 units(at $10-$15 you do the math)...

so get on your grind..make a name in your region and you will be on your way..and print out Mindset info and use it to your best...hell start with 500-1000 units and see how it goes..and dont rely on the net for sales..cause if people can't download it for free most of the time they dont care...unless you got an album..post it up on CDBaby..

Yall alwayz got good looks fam...Yall like second daddies to me out this joint lol
