Opening LE files in SX3

I have recently upgraded from LE to SX3 and I've had a small problem. The metronome is a half beat off in SX3 when opening up LE files. It's not a complete disaster, it's just that the downbeats have switched to being upbeats and it makes it difficult to re-record anything. Anybody have an answer to this problem? Thanks very much in advance!

sorry never heard of this one before... may be pita but ya could go through and shift them manually...
