Yeah, that's a cool product, for sure, but you could accomplish the exact same thing with a standard cassette deck, a Y-cable, and a PC with a soundcard & recording software.
As one-touch pc wonder gimmicks go, it's second to none. It's great in concept for any cassette head that no longer has a viable cassette deck lying around, but has tapes he wishes to archive.
The practical engineer part of me doesn't need it. The geeky gadget loving side of me would get it in a snap. It just depends on which side of me has control of the Visa card.
