The seller, for what it's worth, was "wanttoplay78." He has largely positive feedback, which might mean something about him, or maybe the feedback system, or perhaps neither.
That cheesy TEAC gear can't even take being stored standing in water for a couple of decades ....
Where's the link? I wanna' see! Maybe I'll be a deadbeat bidder too.cjacek said:OMG again!!! Take a look at this same guy's revised Buy it Now!! I sincerely hope it's a typo and he meant $99 or better yet $9 'cause it's pretty disturbing as is! Yeah, $1000 bucks for a severely water damaged and broke up during shipping 40-4!Yeah, right!

Again, I sincerely hope it's a typo on his part 'cause if not then the original seller seems an angel compared to this guy.Yeah, unload that piece of junk on some unsuspecting soul.

Have you considered that it might be to prevent people from buying it?cjacek said:He changed the BIN price from $200 to $999! Both are ridiculous, I know, but my sympathy for this guy is going way down.

Maybe, but an auction is about the worst place for a joke if you want to sell something. Its auctions like these that whittle away my hope for ebay.sjjohnston said:I don't see this seller (the second one, that is) doing anything wrong with the "bin" price. It's really more like a sort of joke.
