Anyway, I extended the song and added vox.

Remember, it's weird, and it sounds weird the way I'm singing this, but someone's gonna get a kick outta it... I just really dig the slow, crunchy groove of this song... my wife hates it... she says I sound like the devil...

Yeah, that should do it. The new stuff you've added keeps it interesting the whole way. The guitar work was excellent per usual and did you change the bass drum or its characteristics? Sounds good. You're becoming the Howard Stern of this bbs, in a "what's he gonna do next?" sort of way. I definately like the song.........Ray J
 
Ray J, thanks for the compliments. The only characteristics I changed were eq things. I cut the low-end off of the guitars and I also cut the low-end off of the marching sound I'm making with the guitar. Other wise everything else is the same. "haha" on the Howerd Stern reference... Yah, I'm all over the genre spectrum. This one hurt my throat though trying to do the scary angry man voice :eek:

Love the addition of the vox and also love that it wasn't overprocessed, like most in the genre....great tune even better now....gibs
 
gibs, thanks man... (admittedly) I almost put some flange on all of the vox track... but I decided not to do it and left it as is... Although, I did use light compression on the vox track and on the part where I say, "society marching", I added a very slight touch of chorus... I didn't add the chorus effect on the ending "society marching" for both verses, those are clean... and of course, a little bit of tasteful delay on that part where I say "society marching on... on on on"... Thanks again for listening and I'm glad you like the new version :)
