The tape would assit him to measure the distance

It's a cassette machine with the cassette removed. The tape is 1/8", it uses cassette heads and it runs at cassette speed.

I saw that it was 1/8" tape and was wondering where in the hell one would EVER get a reel of that size tape, much less the reels themselves??? LOL:D:eek:
