im going to make bass traps and a gobo. i have alot of aurlalex foam just wondering instead of using the burlap fabric can i cover it with the auralex. im not sure if it will work if i dont leave some kind of openings for the insulation

That sounds like a nice idea, actually. I'm assuming you'll be making your bass traps and gobo's out of OC703(?). This way you'll get the best of both worlds. The good looks of the auralex and the functionality of the 703.
