OC vs. Manville vs. Knauf

I've found that typically the cost of similar products in these three brands go in this order (from most expensive to least): OC, Manville, then Knauf.

Two questions: In plain 2" 3.0 PCF, Besides the 250Hz big difference in the Knauf, is there any reason why OC 703 or Manville 814 are better?

Has anyone ever seen absorption coeffecients for Johns Manville 817 FSK? I'd like to compare it to OC and Knauf, but I can't find it anywhere...
