nice stuff. the big synth pad really reminds me of 808 State ('Pacific State' was it? the one that had that big mellow synth wash?)

yeah, I like all the sounds in this. especially, towards the very end, you treat the flute in a slightly different way and there's a very, very cool weird noise for about 1 second, shortly before it starts to fade. I'd liked to have heard more of that.

Those congas are CRYING OUT for reverb though. And I suspect the drums probably aren't loud enough.

Hey, did you post about a song of mine on gearslutz? I'm about to post the same song up here to see if I can actually get more than 1 reply. Shame about Man U on Saturday...

Cheers Milt. I did back off some verb and even eliminated it on a few tracks as C6 had no idea what Amplitube was :D But I'll take a look at the piece at a later date and assess it then. Still messin with C6, feckin awesome software. There a shedload of ampsims on there, new eqs, the lot. Massive improvement from SX3. Have a look, there's a demo out there somewhere.

Yeah, I did post about your Rat song. I thought it was a cool blues tune. Couldn't hear any problems with it. Probably a bit strange for the Gearslutz peeps though I don;t know why.
