I suppose I should maybe write out what was intended a little more clear since my head isn't swimming with any sort of anger at the moment.
The initial issue I had was with the 'cheap ass fuckhead' thing, as someone who doesn't know the Dr., and as other people that don't know him would have seen the post, the humor was missed. This is what upset me.
I watch forums, outside sites, and artists sites on a regular basis in whatever free time I have to check out possibilities, suggestions, comments and thoughts. This is how I found this, and kindof got my goat.
In a way, I was requesting more information, or suggestions as to how to improve the navigation. It is addressed in the NoWhere forums, with requests for suggestions attached. The forums are very BETA, but I'll post the direct link:

All of these things will be addressed, but since I do not have a team of 50 people to say 'make things better' to, it will take some time. It's not as simple as it looks, or everybody would be doing it.
The next thing, directed to LI Slim, regarding the ads. The 'statement' was not so much a statement as a question. (would like to ask how a single ad on the bottom of the page (unlike the one you are looking at right now with ad top, bottom left, middle and right) is 'in your face' or 'annoying') I missed the question mark, so I can see how it might be misconstrued.
The 'pop-up' is not really a pop up in the advertising sense, rather there is an ad on the embedded player that was created to avoid cross-browser compatibility issues. This is the most expensive part of NoWhere in that the streaming costs more than all the ads put together, so the ad was put on it to attempt to make up for the loss. I attempted to keep them low-key by placing them on the bottom of the pages, however will be forced to move them to the top in future versions due to the advertising agencies regulations. Not much I can do about it, but I still wish to keep advertising down compared to other sites (and think I have done okay so far).
I don't mind criticisms, but generally don't appreciate degrading comments, rather constructive advice or suggestions that can aid the developement. After all, I am doing this for people such as yourselves.
Thanks to all for the positive thought, let's get together and make something that works, okay?
