Notes phasing....

I have Cakewalk Pro Audio 9 and use a Roland XP-30. My trouble is, when I play notes through cakewalk, the sound phases as if there are two notes playing at the same time. When I play the keyboard locally, it is fine. I checked the echoing but that didn't clean up the problem.

Any ideas?
 
Is there an option to turn local off on your keyboard, or global off. Something like that. I've run into a similiar phasing problem that was fixed by doing this.
 
That was the first thing I checked...that is what is so wierd about this. I have turned Local off.

Hi cpos,

Have you turned MIDI echo off completely? That what the problem sounds like.
