Well Darrin,

I'm not a neurologist but the only thing I know that would cause one whole side (and only one side) to go numb is a stroke.

Good job on keeping your sugars under control ...that is no easy feat as you well know.

Get better nd I will keep you and Stephen in my prayers.

Doc says its a stroke, I need a spinal tap to see if it is MS. theres no cure but it is treatable. Good news is I got me a thing for my mirror and I can park real close to things.

Darrin...

Well wishes to you man.... I'm thinking of you.

Joe

Dang, Darrin, good luck to you in recovery! I've heard of people regaining function after strokes, especially small ones.

Darrin, I hope things go as well as possible for you.

Chris

Darrin. Best of luck to you. The good news is that modern medicine is a wonderful thing.

Question to those of you in the know. I just read Stephen Paul's most recent posts over at Recording.org. Very sad stuff. He's talking death, suicide etc. I must admit to knowing very little about Stephen Paul other than that he seems to be a jack-of-all trades and a microphone expert. What is his physical ailment that has him wanting to "check out" at age 52? Who's this Wendy that he's always talking about? Who's this "singer" who left him high and dry? I feel like I'm missing something. Thanks.

Darrin,

Thanks for the update and hang in there!

I wonder if Alan Hyatt could fill us in on Stephen Paul's health...?
