Not finding Waves Q10 running RT

I have gotten a newer version of Waves since the 3.01. Upon installing Waves 3.5 and opening my session files, none of the RT Waves plugs were there. It said "cannot find waves ..." I then uninstalled it and then it would only not find my q10's.

Any idea of how to fix this? I've tried starting from scratch to no avail, it just keeps not finding this one specific plug-in after every install/uninstall. I have about 30 songs that would be ruined if I cannot get it to work.

i had the same problem
i had projects in logic audio with waves plugins, and then i upgraded the waves plugins and the same effects were on each channel. but they were all at full reset, all my settings lost. so i reverted to the old version!

WAVES has one of the better tech support crews out there. Don't be afraid to call them.

I tried upgrading to 3.5 and most of the plug-ins wouldn't pass audio through them - i.e. if the plug-in was inserted on track 1 (in N-Track) I wouldn't hear any audio from track 1 unless I bypassed the plug or removed it. I went back to 3.3 (or whatever big version was pre-3.5) and it works fine.
