Hey all,
I just set up my shady home studio and have managed to fumble my way through everything except playback. I'm doing a test run on drums since i figured that's gonna be the toughest to mic/mix. My setup is as follows
2 Audix f15's for overheads, 3 sm57's for toms/snare and beta 52a for kick.
That runs into my tascam m-164uf and usb to my laptop.
now, cubase sees everything and records 5 tracks (overheads are one stereo track) and i managed to actually record something, but i can't figure out for the life of me how to hear it when i play it.
I've screwed around with the output busses and everything but i can't get anything out of either the mixer OR my laptop. I've converted it to mp3 and heard it on iTunes, but nothing while using cubase. any ideas??
Thanks!!
