Hey guys...

I just got Sonar, and for some reason absolutly no audio is coming out...It records it and the levels are showing but no sound is coming out of my monitors.

I have a Sound Blaster Live! soundcard, and Sonar is registering it as having 3 outputs. I dont know if that has anything to do with it...I would like to use it for a project soon, so I kinda need some help.

I have a Athlon 900Mhtz processor, Sound Blaster Live! Value, 40gb HD, 512Mg of memory, Windows XP, Sonar 2.0XL.

Thanks!

Are you using Creatives drivers?

Have you set VMain A to output through "SB Live! 1/2"?

I am using creatives latest drivers...

By VMains, Im assuming thats virtual mains? If so, where do I set what you said up? I tried looking for it in the audio options and I didnt find it there.

Thanks

Go Options --> Audio --> Drivers tab.

Highlight only the first Input & Output ( It should similiar to SB Live! 1/2 ). Now, click the General tab (still in Options-->Audio). Set Number of Virtual Main to 1. Clock Ok. Restart SONAR... It should work by now...
